Who Can Apply?
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Preferred)
- NET/SET qualification (preferred as per academic norms)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration in the relevant field from a recognised institution
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution
- Consistently strong academic record with a commitment to excellence
Experience:
- Candidates with 0–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience
- Fresh graduates with a strong inclination towards teaching and academic development are encouraged to apply
- Professionals with relevant corporate or industry experience seeking a transition into academia are also welcome.
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching using innovative and student-centric methods
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content
- Mentor, guide, and support students in academic and career development
- Engage in research activities, publications, and academic projects
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to institutional activities, committees, and academic administration
- Foster industry interaction and practical learning experiences
