The Role
We're looking for a Brand Executive who can think in campaigns, write a mean line of copy, and get genuinely excited about a well-run project tracker. This is a full-stack brand marketing role- you'll drive campaigns, content, and collaborations end-to-end. If you like owning things from spark to send-out, this is your seat.
What you'll be doing
- Own execution of brand campaigns end-to-end — from brief to reporting
- Track competitor activity and category trends to keep us culturally on the pulse
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and platform optimizations with our agency and internal
- Be a key point of contact for our agency- running syncs, chasing deliverables, and keeping timelines honest.
- Track performance metrics and turn data into clear, actionable briefs
- Coordinate cross-functionally across design, content, and performance
- Help plan and execute brand activations, launches, and collaborations, online and offline
- Keep brand guidelines consistent across every touchpoint
- Build a sharp understanding of our consumers- their habits, needs, and pain points- and use it to shape briefs and campaign
- Develop copy for ads, listings, and other marketing collateral
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing- preferably agency-side experience or hands-on agency management
- Prior experience with a D2C brand strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills - you keep plates spinning without dropping any
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design - able to review creatives, give sharp feedback, and know what's on-brand at a glance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA is a bonus, not a requirement)
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
