Job Purpose
The Payroll Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the company’s payroll, managing employee benefits, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing & Management
- End-to-end processing of monthly employee payroll (salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Attendance, Operations, and Finance) to gather monthly inputs like loss of pay (LOP), overtime, and incentives.
- Manage full and final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely accurate computation, deduction, and filing of statutory dues: EPF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on salaries, verify employee investment declarations, and assist in generating Form 16.
3. Data Maintenance & Reporting
- Maintain error-free, updated employee master data in the HRMS/Payroll software.
- Generate monthly payroll analytics, variance reports, and compliance dashboards for management review.
- Address and resolve employee queries regarding salary, tax deductions, and pay slips promptly

Pay: ₹10,854.93 - ₹36,455.22 per month
