Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach Class 11 & 12 Chemistry according to the CBSE, IB, or relevant state curriculum.
- Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and study materials, specializing in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Laboratory Management: Conduct and supervise practical laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Exam Preparation: Design question papers, board-oriented notes, and mock tests for Board exams (e.g., NEET/JEE preparation).
- Student Assessment: Evaluate students through tests and practical work, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Parent Communication: Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience (often 2+ years) teaching Class 12 and preparing students for board exams.
- Skills: Exceptional subject knowledge, excellent communication, classroom management, and proficiency in creating interactive learning environments.

- Strong understanding of NCERT textbooks and exam patterns.
- Ability to explain complex chemical reactions simply.
