Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellors with excellent English communication skills to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective students/customers, providing information, and maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Explain courses, programs, or services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update and maintain call records and customer information.
- Build positive relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–5 years of experience in telecalling, telecounselling, customer support, sales, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet connectivity required.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
