- Prepare compliance matrices/checklists to track adherence to each tender's technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Assistant Managers, technical teams, and finance/legal for inputs needed in each proposal.
- Maintain a repository of standard templates, boilerplate content, and past submissions for reuse.
- Proofread and quality-check all outgoing proposal documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance before submission.
- Track submission timelines across all live tenders and flag risks of missed deadlines.
- Liaise with the CRM Executive to ensure proposal records and IDs are logged and archived correctly.
- Bachelor's degree; prior exposure to defence/government tendering is a strong plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or compliance documentation.
- Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/EOI processes and government/defence procurement procedures.
