Field Staff Role:
· Visit assigned collection areas
· Follow collection process and customer coordination
· Submit daily collection updates and reports
· Better area familiarity improves efficiency
· Variable Salary:
· Performance linked component based on targets , No Limitation on Earning
· Additional incentive available on achieving collection targets
· Incentive depends on performance, quality and target achievement
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
