We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and company websites. The role involves order processing, inventory coordination, shipment planning (FBA & FBM), product listing management, A+ Content creation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
2. Order Processing & Coordination
- Monitor and process daily orders across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Track pending orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and customer escalations.
- Ensure SLA adherence for order processing and shipping timelines.
3. Inventory Management & Alignment
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for inventory planning and replenishment.
- Monitor stock availability to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update stock levels regularly.
4. FBA & FBM Shipment Planning
- Plan and create Amazon FBA shipments based on sales trends, Amazon restock recommendations, and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely preparation, labeling, and dispatch of FBA shipments.
- Manage FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) inventory and ensure adequate stock availability for seamless order fulfillment.
- Track inbound FBA shipments and resolve any discrepancies related to received quantities.
5. Product Listings Management
- Create new product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms.
- Update product information, pricing, variations, and attributes as required.
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace standards and category requirements.
6. A+ Content & Brand Store Management
- Create and update Amazon A+ Content to enhance product pages and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with design teams to develop banners, infographics, comparison charts, and enhanced brand content.
- Manage and update Amazon Brand Store pages with new launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketplace content.
7. Catalog & Content Management
- Coordinate product photography, lifestyle images, and content requirements with internal or external teams.
- Upload and maintain high-quality images and product assets.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure catalog accuracy and completeness.
8. Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improving sales, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
