- Greet customers and assist them with service-related inquiries.
- Understand customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Explain repair and maintenance work to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Create repair orders and estimates, and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Communicate any delays, additional work, or changes in cost to customers.
- Upsell recommended services and maintenance based on vehicle history and condition.
- Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
- Maintain detailed records of service and communication in the system (DMS/CRM).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry standards.
