Product & Service PortfolioYou will be pitching and selling a complete digital growth ecosystem to business owners and executives:
- Custom Web Development: High-performance corporate websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Technical audits, on-page optimization, and authority building to rank clients on page one.
- Digital Performance Tools: CRM integrations, automation software, analytics dashboards, and lead-tracking tools.
- Paid Media Marketing: Data-driven ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic ad networks.
- (Note: This role focuses strictly on digital infrastructure and performance tools; it does not include podcasting or audio production services).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and local business directories.
- Client Pitching: Connect with business owners, marketing directors, and CEOs to present our tailored digital solutions and tech tools.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze a prospect's current online performance and recommend specific tools and services to improve their digital ROI.
- Deal Closure: Handle pricing negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close service contracts and tool subscriptions.
- Client Meetings: Conduct virtual presentations or face-to-face meetings with clients as required by the deal complexity.
- Reporting & CRM: Accurately log data in our CRM tools and submit daily sales performance reporting via Google Sheets.
- Team Alignment: Attend mandatory weekly review meetings to align on sales strategy, pipeline health, and milestone trackers.

- High Commission Rates: Earn [e.g., 15% to 25%] on the total contract value of every closed web or marketing contract.
- Recurring Monthly Payouts: Receive a monthly payout percentage for the entire duration of a client’s active digital marketing retainer or tool subscription.
- Volume Milestone Bonuses: Cash bonuses unlocked upon reaching monthly or quarterly sales milestones.
- Zero Earning Caps: Your income is directly tied to your performance—the bigger the contract, the larger your payout.
- PPO Opportunity: High performers who consistently hit targets during this freelance phase will be transitioned into Full-Time Employees (FTE) with a fixed salary and all standard industry benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th standard pass with a Professional Diploma, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Science (B.Sc).
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or agency-side digital marketing sales.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital tools, CRM mechanics, websites, SEO, and ad platforms.
- Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently without supervision, managing your own daily schedule and sales pipeline.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Tools: Access to your own laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and smartphone. Proficient in using Google Sheets and standard sales CRMs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
