Hotel Maintenance Staff – Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, attending repair works, and ensuring all rooms and public areas are in good condition for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and repair works in guest rooms and hotel areas
- Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic AC maintenance
- Check and maintain water supply, lighting, and equipment
- Respond quickly to maintenance complaints from guests and staff
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out regularly
- Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized
- Support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Responsible and hardworking attitude
