We're Hiring | IT Infrastructure & NMS Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage Network Management Systems (NMS).
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure.
- Deploy patches using Motadata or similar tools.
- Support HPE & Dell servers and endpoint security solutions (EDR).
- Monitor infrastructure health, resolve incidents, and coordinate with OEMs/vendors.
- Assist with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery.
- Travel to client sites for installation, configuration, commissioning, and technical support when required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge in NMS Server like zebix
- IT Infrastructure & NMS
- Windows & Linux Server Administration
- Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Patch Management (Motadata or equivalent)
- HPE/Dell Server Troubleshooting
- Endpoint Security (Trend Micro, Sophos, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike)
- Basic Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Monitoring
Preferred Skills:
- VMware/Hyper-V
- SIEM & Log Management
- Data Center Operations
- Certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft, ITIL are an advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
