JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Executives/Fashion Consultants.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily store operations and maintain store discipline.
- Manage staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Handle stock management, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising (VM) standards are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- 2+ Years experience is required or related field
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Customer relationship management
Salary: 15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
