Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handle GST compliance, filing returns, and reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Maintain payroll-related accounting
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in corporate or service-based organizations
- Must have experience in ZohoBooks atleast 1 Year
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Zoho Books: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
