Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically aware Sales and Service Engineers to join our team in Bhosari. The ideal candidate should have a background in Metrology and an interest in both customer handling and technical service. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Sales and service engineers typically support customers, explain technical solutions, perform service activities, and assist in installations, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities by interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
- Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations when required.
- Visit customer sites for installation, service, and troubleshooting support.
- Handle basic maintenance, calibration, and issue resolution tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, follow-ups, and service updates.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and customer documentation.
- Build good customer relationships through timely support and communication.
- Assist in achieving sales and service targets assigned by the company.
Required Skills
