- Education and experience: Typically requires a diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, team management, troubleshooting mechanical issues, basic computer skills, knowledge of safety and quality management systems, and knowledge of briquette manufacturing processes and equipment. 1
