About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, improve brand visibility, and support sales across our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare optimization reports.
Performance Marketing
- Manage PPC campaigns, display ads, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with agencies to improve campaign efficiency.
SEO & Website
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings and website traffic.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, blogs, and conversion optimization.
- Ensure website speed and SEO best practices.
Social Media
- Manage content calendars for social media platforms.
- Create engaging campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.
Content Marketing
- Plan blogs, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and newsletters.
- Develop marketing content for project launches and promotional activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the sales team for feedback.
CRM & Lead Management
- Ensure timely lead allocation and tracking.
- Monitor lead conversion funnel.
- Improve lead nurturing strategies.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with digital agencies, SEO partners, designers, and web developers.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

- Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital campaigns.
