Join our Dynamic team at Gurukshethra Holidays! We're looking for a protective and tech-savvy System Operator to manage our operations efficiently while driving lead conversion. Your role will involve handling systems, responding to inquiries, and turning leads into happy customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide customized travel solutions and itinerary planning.
- Offer professional advice on destinations, travel requirements, and best deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations/system team for booking confirmations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and required documents.
Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Proficiency.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree: UG / PG Preferred.
