Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying potential prospects, building sales pipelines, and generating qualified business opportunities through various outbound sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Generate and nurture leads to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Research target companies, industries, and market trends.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
- Excellent prospecting and market research skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in data management, lead database building, and CRM hygiene.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and sales funnels.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, IT Services, Digital Marketing, AI Solutions, or Technology-based companies.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience in international sales and client handling.
- Understanding of sales automation and outreach tools.
