The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, presenting real estate projects, conducting site visits, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties. • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms. • Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers. • Follow up with clients regularly to convert inquiries into sales. • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and customer onboarding. • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
