Experience: 2–4 years in digital/agency project delivery
Roles & Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of accounts, keeping cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA aligned, on time, and on quality.
This is a delivery-facing role. You won't be writing code, but you will be fluent enough in how digital products get built to lead the people who do, scope work accurately, and speak credibly to both clients and developers.
What You'll Do
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned accounts from kickoff and scoping through build, QA, launch, and post-launch support.
- Translate client requirements into clear scopes, timelines, and task breakdowns for developers, designers, and QA.
- Run day-to-day coordination: sprint planning, standups, resourcing, and dependency management across a cross-functional team.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and handling scope and change requests diplomatically.
- Track project health against timelines and budgets, flagging risks early and driving them to resolution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT cycles, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards before they reach the client.
- Maintain delivery documentation, SOWs, status reports, and project trackers.
What We're Really Looking For :
- 2-4 years managing digital/web/platform projects
- A strong track record of on-time, on-quality delivery across concurrent projects.
- Ownership. You treat your projects as yours. You don't wait for instructions to spot a problem or push it to closure, you take accountability from kickoff to delivery.
- Self-driven. You manage your own priorities and keep things moving without hand-holding. You escalate when you need to, but you don't stall waiting to be told.
- Active learning mode. Our clients, stacks, and tools evolve constantly. You stay curious and level up fast
- Calm client-facing communication: clear and diplomatic under pressure.
- Sharp prioritisation: comfortable juggling multiple accounts and stakeholders at once.
- Confidence working with and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Primary Technical Proficiency (Important)
You’d need enough technical fluency to lead technical delivery. Specifically:
- A working understanding of the web and app development lifecycle how sites and platforms are designed, built, tested, and deployed.
- Ability to hold a credible conversation with developers about scope, effort, and feasibility, and to spot when a timeline or estimate doesn't add up.
- Familiarity with common build stacks and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Drupal) and a general grasp of how front-end, back-end, APIs, and integrations fit together.
- Comfort with project and QA tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or similar) and an understanding of what good QA and UAT look like.
- Enough analytics literacy to understand performance reporting (e.g. GA4) at a high level.
Secondary Technical Proficiency:
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with large enterprise clients.
- Exposure to analytics
