Responsibilities of Branch Coordinator & Branch Manager
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Provide quality customer service and support.
- Maintain branch records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with staff and head office.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support achievement of branch business goals and targets.
- Resolve parents queries and operational issues.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in team coordination and workflow management.
- Maintain a professional and positive branch environment.
- Support the branch manager in achieving goals.
- Handle parents inquiries and resolve routine issues.
- Maintain records, reports, and branch documentation.
- Monitor staff schedules and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate communication between the branch and head office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
