Job Summary:
Qeros Software is a fast-growing technology services company offering innovative SAP and enterprise solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Development experience in SAP ABAP / OO ABAP.
· Hands on experience in Performance tunings by various tools and approaches.
· Candidate should have experience in ALE, EDI interface developments using IDOCs.
· Experience in S/4 HANA.
· Experience in making enhancements using Implicit/Explicit, BADI, User-Exits, and Info type. Excellent ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.
· Understanding of information management, system integration, and development methodologies, including unit testing.
· Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs including Reports, ALV, SmartForms, and SAP Scripts
· Work on RICEFW objects, enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, and interfaces
· Develop and support IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and integration scenarios
· Perform debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews
· Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
· Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands-on experience in Core ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP
· Good understanding of SAP SD / MM / FI integration points
· Experience working in implementation, rollout, or support projects
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
· Exposure to S/4HANA ABAP and modern development concepts
· Experience in performance tuning and code optimization
· Prior experience in client-facing or delivery-focused environments
· SAP Certification in ABAP or related logistics modules is a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
