Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks as per brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop baristas on coffee preparation, customer service, and SOPs.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the beverage station.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Support promotional campaigns and new beverage launches.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
