Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and highly organized Account Manager to act as the primary communication link between our India and USA offices. The candidate will coordinate with the sales, production, operations, logistics, and management teams across both locations to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of customer requirements.
The role will primarily involve working during the night shift to coordinate with the USA office and customers. However, the candidate may occasionally be required to work or remain available during the day to coordinate with the India office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, proficiency in preparing quotations, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and internal teams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the India and USA offices.
- Coordinate with the USA sales team, customers, and internal departments regarding enquiries, orders, quotations, production, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare accurate customer quotations based on product specifications, diamond prices, metal costs, manufacturing charges, and other applicable expenses.
- Collect pricing and product information from the India team before sharing quotations with the USA team or customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates regarding their enquiries and orders.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the relevant production, sourcing, CAD, inventory, and logistics teams.
- Coordinate order processing from the initial enquiry until final delivery.
- Follow up with different departments to ensure that quotations, CAD designs, production, quality checks, documentation, and shipments are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, follow-ups, payments, and delivery status.
- Update customer information and communication records in the company’s CRM, Excel sheets, or internal software.
- Follow up on pending quotations and enquiries to support lead conversion and sales growth.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices, payment status, credit terms, and outstanding balances.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, confirmed orders, pending tasks, and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure proper handover of information between the night-shift and day-shift teams.
- Escalate urgent customer, pricing, production, or delivery issues to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information, pricing, business data, and company records.
- Perform other account management and operational responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management, sales coordination, customer service, export operations, or business operations is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations, emails, reports, and order summaries.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, email, and CRM software.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to pricing calculations.
- Ability to understand product specifications and communicate them accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries, customers, and orders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work primarily during the night shift and occasionally during the day shift.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international customers and teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with USA-based customers or international business operations.
- Experience coordinating between Indian and overseas offices.
- Experience in the jewellery, diamond, luxury goods, manufacturing, export, or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of jewellery quotations, diamond pricing, gold calculations, production processes, and shipping documentation will be an advantage.
Working Hours
The position will primarily require working during the night shift to align with USA business hours. The candidate may occasionally be required to attend meetings, provide updates, or coordinate with the India office during daytime hours.
The candidate must be flexible and capable of ensuring a smooth transfer of information between both shifts and offices.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can take complete ownership of customer accounts and ensure seamless coordination between the India and USA offices. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working across different time zones.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
