We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and technically sound Civil Operations Manager to lead and monitor multiple construction projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate should possess the execution capability of a seasoned Civil Project Manager and the operational mindset required to manage teams, systems, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Experience Required:-
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in independently managing multiple project sites.
- Exposure to reputed companies or MNC construction organizations is highly preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:-
- Construction planning and scheduling
- Reading and interpretation of structural and architectural drawings
- Quantity estimation and BOQ analysis
- Billing and measurement verification
- QA/QC implementation
- Cost monitoring and budget control
- Material planning and wastage control
- Contractor and labour management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
