REBCO Venture Pvt Ltd is seeking a strategic and proactive Business Development Mangaer with 1+ years of experience to drive procurement excellence and vendor management. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate investment and home buying solutions.
- Understand client requirements, financial goals, and investment preferences.
- Present and explain REBCO's investment products including SVIM and ARCM.
- Conduct detailed client consultations and provide customized property solutions.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, investment presentations, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Guide clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, underwriting, and loan assistance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, wealth management, or investment advisory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Ability to explain financial and investment concepts confidently.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales and client servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
