Job Description: Senior Engineer (Mechanical)
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee both on-site operations and office-based technical planning. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Manage and maintain complex hydraulic systems and a wide variety of engineering parts.
- On-Site & Office Coordination: Balance time between field operations (site inspections/troubleshooting) and office tasks (reporting/design review).
- System Diagnostics: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to machinery and engineering components.
- Project Supervision: Lead junior staff on-site to ensure safety standards and technical specifications are met.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an engineering role.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Hydraulics and general engineering parts/machinery.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Availability: Must be ready for immediate joining.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in both an office environment and active job sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience).
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Accommodation: Hotel stay provided by the company.
- Meals: food/meals provided.
