Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling documentation, communication, and basic office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in administration or office support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of internet tools and email handling
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Time management and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of recruitment or coordination tasks
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
