1. Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offer acceptance.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment databases.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
- Collect joining documents.
- Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for workstation, email ID, ID card, and other joining requirements.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
3. Employee Induction
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Introduce company policies, procedures, culture, and organizational structure.
- Coordinate departmental induction schedules.
- Collect feedback from new employees regarding the onboarding experience.
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Support employee recognition programs and reward initiatives.
- Coordinate employee communication activities and internal announcements.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in implementing engagement initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. HR Administration
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and MIS reports.
- Assist in policy communication and HR compliance activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources-Recruitment.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹8,959.50 - ₹30,767.96 per month
