We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our manufacturing facility in Wada. The candidate should be capable of handling office administration, coordination, vendor management, and support functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily factory administration activities
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
Manage stationery, pantry, and office material procurement
Support employee attendance, travel, accommodation, and transport coordination
Maintain visitor records and front office management
Assist in arranging meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and utilities
Coordinate with HR and Accounts for administrative support
Follow company policies and maintain discipline at the workplace
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in Administration/Factory Admin
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Candidates from manufacturing/factory background preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
