Artarium is a premium home décor and lifestyle brand that creates unique handcrafted products designed to enhance modern living spaces. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to support our sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
- Maintain product displays and merchandising standards across sales channels.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and order-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer support to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback on customer demand and market trends.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and exhibitions when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Merchandising, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or retail industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
