Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons on topics such as cognitive processes, developmental psychology, and research methods.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback to improve academic performance.
- Practical Application: Guide students through psychological studies, data analysis, and empirical research projects.
- Mentorship & Student Care: Offer academic, social, and emotional guidance, supporting student well-being and promoting a compassionate classroom environment.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student progress, communicate with parents/guardians, and attend faculty meetings.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on current research, new teaching methodologies, and industry trends. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shiliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
