Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, software development services, digital transformation solutions, and consultative selling.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Generate qualified leads for web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, SaaS products, and digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Present company capabilities, services, and case studies.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients.
Proposal & Sales Management
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope and effort estimation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Research
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging business opportunities in AI, SaaS, E-Commerce, ERP, CRM, and Custom Software Development.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Design, Development, Marketing, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover after sales closure.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
- Track and update sales progress using CRM tools.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Preferred).
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
