*Job Title:* Sales & Support Executive (Petrosoft Application)
*Location:* Tirupati
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads for Petrosoft application
- Make quality assurance (QOS) calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Explain product features and demonstrate product applications to clients
- Assist customers with product usage, onboarding, and provide basic operational guidance
- Attend direct client visits as required based on business needs
- Handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer issue resolution
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
- Good communication and sales skills
- Experience in sales and customer support (preferably in software or tech industry)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to travel for client visits as needed
