Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and referrals Explain photography packages, pricing, and deliverables to clients Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups Maintain customer relationship records and sales pipeline Work closely with photographers and editing teams for smooth project execution Upsell albums, reels, premium edits, and additional event coverage Achieve monthly sales and booking targets Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation ability Basic knowledge of photography services and social media trends Customer handling and relationship management Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools Tamil and English speaking ability preferred Ability to work on weekends during event seasons Qualification Any graduate / diploma holder Prior experience in sales, event management, media, or photography industry preferred Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
