Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, forecasting, inventory planning and budgeting.
Manage procurement, JIT sourcing and vendor development.
Oversee logistics & EXIM operations.
Develop and implement long-term SCM strategies.
Drive cost optimization, process improvement and supply chain efficiency.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Finance and Operations teams.
Manage supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
