B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience
Knowledge of boiler and thermic fluid heater operations
Understanding of cooling systems and compressors
Utility troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Energy management and cost optimization
Team management and leadership
Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance
Good documentation and reporting skills
