RESPONSIBILITES
1. Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
2. Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after – sales service
3. Always ask them for true feedback.
4. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
5. Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients
6. Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services
7. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern
8. Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
