We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate sales opportunities, engage with customers, convert inquiries into orders, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about achieving sales targets.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

Convert customer inquiries into successful sales orders.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.

Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

Follow up with customers on quotations, pending orders, and payments.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business.

Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

Update all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives.

Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.

MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.

3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.

Experience in the Steel, Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales industry will be preferred.
