Job Responsibilities:
* Handle social media queries (Instagram messages and comments)
* Attend phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
* Manage WhatsApp chats and provide timely responses
* Manage and organize the calendar
* Schedule appointments and meetings
* Assist the makeup artist with daily coordination and administrative tasks
* Maintain professional communication with clients
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Pleasant and professional personality
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media handling
* Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently
* Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
