As a Manager – Financial Control, you’ll lead payroll cost accounting across a multinational business, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to partner with Finance and HR teams globally, influence process improvements, support systems transformation, and provide valuable insights that help drive business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive payroll and staff cost accounting across multiple global entities
- Manage payroll accruals, prepayments and payroll tax reconciliations
- Deliver insightful P&L and balance sheet analysis on payroll costs
- Identify risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive finance process improvements and support systems transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements
- Coordinate payroll-related audit activities and maintain robust controls
- Lead and develop a finance team based in India
What We Are Looking For From You
Essential
• CA or ACCA qualified accountant
• Experience within multinational organisations
• Strong financial control and payroll accounting knowledge
• Experience leading teams and driving change
Desirable
• Knowledge of IFRS and statutory compliance
• Experience with finance transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
