About the Role:
ARA Discoveries Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to create engaging designs for digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop posters, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and branding materials.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and video production teams to deliver impactful creatives.
- Edit and retouch images for various promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (added advantage)
- Canva and other design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
