A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service in a retail store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, prices, and promotions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Manage stock availability and report shortages
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Support inventory checking and stock management
- Build good customer relationships for repeat business

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred for some companies

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
