We’re a growing health & wellness company looking for confident, well-spoken Telecallers to connect with clients, explain our services, answer queries, and book appointments. Full training provided — freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound enquiries
- Explain our services clearly and answer customer questions
- Qualify leads and understand caller needs
- Book appointments and coordinate with the operations team
- Follow up with prospects and meet weekly targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- Fluency in English AND Malayalam (must-have)
- 1+ year telecalling/telesales experience preferred — freshers can also apply
- Good communication, listening, and persuasion skills
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Plus Two / Graduate preferred
