Key Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with potential business customers across the assigned territory
· Make prospecting calls, schedule meetings, and present software solutions
· Conduct product demonstrations with technical support
· Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships
· Generate referrals from existing customers
· Maintain the sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports
Preferred Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in Software Sales or B2B Sales
· Experience in ERP or business software sales is an added advantage
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
· Confident interacting with business owners and decision-makers
· Basic understanding of software solutions
· Ability to communicate business value effectively
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on travel requirements)
Performance Incentives for:
· New Customer Order Confirmation.
· Revenue target achievements
Performance Expectations (First 6 Months)
· Build a qualified prospect database
· Generate regular software demonstrations
· Convert prospects into customers
· Establish a repeatable sales process
Daily Activities
· 20–30 prospecting calls
· 5–10 follow-up calls
· 2–3 customer meetings/product demonstrations per week

Preferred Qualification
· Any Degree (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BE, or equivalent)
· Strong Tamil & English communication skills
· Confident speaking with business owners
· Willing to travel within the assigned territory (Coimbatore, Palladam, Pollachi, Tiruppur & Erode)
