About the Role
Shelvestech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads targeting hospitals, diagnostic centers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through paid and organic channels.
- Build marketing funnels and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve website rankings through on-page and off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers to improve website performance and user experience.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create compelling ad copies, blogs, product descriptions, and marketing content.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional videos, reels, and product launch campaigns.
- Build brand presence through consistent digital engagement.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns and automation tools.
- Execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Google Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Market Research
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve digital presence and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, WhatsApp automation, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
- Experience in the Healthcare, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or B2B Industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
