Rohana Veterinary Diagnostic Labs is committed to providing accurate, reliable, and timely veterinary diagnostic services that support veterinarians, livestock farmers, pet owners, and animal healthcare professionals. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote veterinary diagnostic laboratory services to veterinarians, clinics, hospitals, dairy farms, poultry farms, and livestock businesses.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and awareness programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure timely sample collection and report delivery.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, veterinary conferences, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Microbiology (Preferred)
- Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / Veterinary Laboratory Technology / Laboratory Technician qualification
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in veterinary diagnostics, laboratory services, pharmaceuticals, or animal healthcare sales will be given preference.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of microbiology and laboratory diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years in business development, sales, laboratory diagnostics, veterinary healthcare, or related industries.
