Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on recruitment portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer letter issuance.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Onboarding & Employee Management
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and policies.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate performance review documentation.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and employee communications.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong recruitment skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and interview processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹33,182.99 per month
