Job Description:
As an IT/Non-IT Recruiter at CAFSInfotech, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier IT/Non-IT talents. Working closely with hiring managers, you will contribute to building a dynamic team and support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and recruit IT/Non-IT professionals.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure a proactive and competitive recruitment approach.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
